Gtbet accepts deposits through Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and e-wallets. Money is normally returned through the same method used to fund the account, while a bank account and other routes are available through the Cashier.
Ways to fund your Gtbet account
Gtbet supports five named deposit categories: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and e-wallets. The minimum deposit is €20, or the equivalent in another supported currency.
| Deposit method | Direction | Minimum |
|---|---|---|
| Visa | Deposit | €20 |
| Visa Electron | Deposit | €20 |
| Mastercard | Deposit | €20 |
| Maestro | Deposit | €20 |
| E-wallets | Deposit | €20 |
The deposit limit for a transaction depends on the chosen payment method. Gtbet also requires deposited funds to be wagered at least once before they become eligible for withdrawal, so the amount shown in the balance may not be immediately withdrawable.
Your deposit method does not determine the payout route on its own. Gtbet processes a withdrawal through the method used to deposit unless another available route is selected in the Cashier.
Taking money out of Gtbet
Gtbet states that all withdrawal requests are processed within two banking days. This is the operator's processing window rather than a guaranteed arrival time for the funds.
- Open the Cashier and select the available withdrawal method.
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw and confirm the request.
- Complete identity verification if this is your first withdrawal.
- Allow Gtbet to process the request within its stated two-banking-day window.
The standard minimum withdrawal is €40, or the equivalent in another supported currency. A bank account is available as a payout route, alongside other methods shown in the Cashier. The deposit method remains the primary processing route when the same method is used to fund the account.
Gtbet may ask for additional verification when deposits are made. Any payout delay can therefore include time spent supplying identity documents as well as the normal processing period. You should keep the transaction date, amount and selected method available if you need to contact support.
Charges that affect your balance
Players are responsible for taxes and charges that apply to their winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction. Gtbet also reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of €10 per month when an account has been inactive for at least six consecutive calendar months and still has a positive balance.
The fee applies for as long as the account remains inactive and the balance stays positive. An inactive period includes six consecutive calendar months without betting, playing, depositing, withdrawing or transferring funds.
Third-party deposits are prohibited. If winnings are linked to a third-party deposit, Gtbet can return the deposit to its rightful owner and forfeit the winnings; the recipient remains responsible for banking transfer charges.
Gtbet withdrawal ceilings
The main withdrawal limit is €5,000 in any 24 hours and €20,000 over 30 days, with the equivalent amounts applying in other account currencies. Non-jackpot winnings are also capped at €20,000 per month.
| Limit | Amount |
|---|---|
| Minimum withdrawal | €40 |
| Maximum withdrawal in 24 hours | €5,000 |
| Maximum withdrawal in 30 days | €20,000 |
| Non-jackpot winnings per month | €20,000 |
| Instalment ceiling for qualifying winnings above €50,000 | €50,000 per month |
For winnings above €50,000, Gtbet reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly instalments of up to €50,000 until the full amount has been paid. This provision can affect a large balance even when the standard daily and monthly withdrawal limits leave room for more.
Identity checks before a first Gtbet payout
Gtbet requires identity verification before the first withdrawal. The documents may include KYC paperwork, photographs of both sides of a credit card, a bank statement, a personal identification document, proof of address and proof of ownership of any other payment method used on the account.
When card photographs are requested, the first six and last four digits should remain visible while the remaining digits and the security code are hidden. Gtbet may also request further checks when you deposit, including verification of the origin of funds.
If a payout is held or refused, our live chat and email support can review the request. Include the transaction date, amount, payment route and any reference displayed on screen so the case can be checked without recreating the payment details.
Keeping gambling within limits
Gambling should remain entertainment rather than a financial plan. Gtbet provides deposit limits, time limits and self-exclusion for periods from six months to five years.
